1. Delete directly from the app
The fastest way to delete your account is from inside the GenLyr app:
- 1Open GenLyr on your device.
- 2Go to My Account.
- 3Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
- 4Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Account deletion is immediate and irreversible. All your lyrics, audio recordings, and personal data are permanently removed from our servers.
2. Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to your account or prefer to contact us directly, send an email to contact@genlyr.com with the subject line "Account deletion request" and include the email address associated with your account.
We will process your request and confirm deletion within 7 business days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- All lyrics you have generated
- All voice recordings linked to your lyrics
- Your usage history and preferences
Anonymized, aggregated analytics data (which cannot identify you) may be retained for product improvement purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
